Who’s this Detour for?
People who can ski or ride powder already!
You don’t have to be an expert and you don’t need to be dropping cliffs or bombing gnarly lines. But you DO have to be comfortable skiing/riding in the trees and making turns in deeper snow without getting stuck all the time.
That said, if you’re struggling a little, you have nothing to worry about… While this Detour is mostly guiding-based, we will have a top ski and a top snowboard coach on the trip to help anyone out that needs it. Use it to build more confidence taking tighter lines or to fine-tune your pow sprays… or just enjoy the banter.
Please Note: The Niseko United resorts are generally used for the first couple of days before heading further afield. However, lift tickets should NOT be pre-purchased as decisions on which resort we will be visiting each day are made daily, depending on where has the best conditions.
